Being a runner since i was 8 years old, i had a passion at an early age to be active, workout, and be healthy overall. Throughout high school and college, i competed in running on scholarship. .When i discovered the degree of exercise science, also known as kinesiology, i l we that was the degree for me. .Since getting my degree, i have worked as a lifestyle coach, Weightloss coach, and nutrition counselor in different jobs. .I am also a running coach and have been for over 9 years, along with training off and on. .I have currently been training at fit club for over a year and love everything about it. .I chose to be a trainer because i want to help people become better versions of themselves. I’ve always felt good when i work hard toward my goals, and want to help those who want to do the same. .
